On the arrival day your room is available from 3pm - on request and subject to availability, also earlier. (Price on request)
Please let us know if you are arriving after 9pm.

On departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10 am.

Our à la carte restaurant, BY MARAS, is also located directly in the hotel. Hotel guests are given priority when making table reservations.

In the basement of our hotel, you'll find the legendary après-ski bar Little London, which has been in operation since 1980. Hotel guests have direct access with their room key.
Open during the winter months, from December to April.

Drive clean and silent, and appreciate the nature and landscape! Our hotel guests have the opportunity to charge their e-car at our in-house e-charging station. Comfortable, simple and sustainable.

Free parking spaces are available for hotel guests in front of the hotel. Starting from the winter season 2026, a parking garage directly across from the hotel will be available for our guests.

An additional fee of  € 8.00 per day will apply.

We are happy to fulfill your room request whenever possible. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors. This also applies to table requests in our hotel bar, restaurant, or breakfast area.

We are happy to recommend a transfer company in the area with whom we have had great experiences.

The ski room with a heated ski boot dryer is located in our basement. It is also suitable for storing your winter equipment such as cross-country skis, snowshoes, touring skis, and sledges in winter. The Zillertalarena cable cars offer the option of a ski depot, where you can store your entire ski equipment directly at the lift.

In case of early departure of the guest the agreed period and price will be used for payment! The enjoyed holidays must be paid in full.

The wellness area at CENTRAL is exclusively available to hotel guests. Upon request, we can inquire about massages and cosmetic treatments with one of our local providers.

For your biking trip, you can rent e-bikes directly at the hotel (pre-booking required). Mountain bikes, snowboards, and skis can be rented at the local shops in Gerlos. You will receive a 10% discount at our partner stores in Gerlos: Sport Egger, Sport 2000 Engelbert, and Sport Huber.

A fee of €2.60 per person per day will be charged for all room categories.
